Module-level addressing
Each finding carries its block, tracker, row, string and module position, counted the same way your crew counts in the field. Delivered as CSV and PDF.
Aerial thermography · Utility-scale solar
Aerial thermographic inspection of utility-scale solar farms, delivered as a module-by-module report.
Example readout
With hands-on experience on solar sites, we built the software around the way a site is actually walked. The platform is our own, not a licence we resell, so if your site is documented differently or the report needs something extra, we can adapt it without waiting on anyone else.
What you get
Every finding is tied to a single module: what the fault is, how much hotter it runs than the rest of its string, and where that module sits on the site.
Each finding carries its block, tracker, row, string and module position, counted the same way your crew counts in the field. Delivered as CSV and PDF.
Cell hotspot, bypass diode, open string, whole-module and tracker-level events are separated by the shape of the thermal signature. A misaligned tracker is reported as one event, not as 50 module defects.
Irradiance, wind, sky and gimbal angle logged per capture and checked against IEC 62446-3. Radiometric frames retained, so any finding can be re-opened later.
Process
No two sites are run the same way. We ask how yours works first, and shape the report around it — your naming, your priorities, the format your team already uses.
A call to understand what you need to find, how your team names and records assets, and what the report has to contain to be useful to you.
Send whatever you already have — plans, spreadsheets, however your team names its blocks and rows. We work with your documents as they are, and tell you up front if anything is missing.
We fly the whole site during the hours when the sun is strong enough for the readings to count, then compare each panel against the ones it works alongside — so dirt or a passing cloud never ends up counted as a fault.
Every finding checked against its visible image, then delivered in the format we agreed — within a week of the last flight.

Send us the site details and we come back with a survey plan and a price. If you do not have the block count or module numbers to hand, leave them blank — we can work them out from your drawings.
